Я тут было взялся за освоение библиотеки игр PlayStation. Но не уверен, к чему пришел. Изначальная идея и цель, к которой должен был прийти, потерялись по дороге. Прохождение игр должно было идти, начиная с Ultima и Wizardry. Первую я прошел, вторую что-то не как. Поэтому запустил ее на PS, дескать на ней это сделать будет проще. И вероятно так и нужно сделать, не зря же это висит целой строчкой в моих планах. PS-порт позволит пройти сразу 3 игры разом, а потом переключиться на вторую и третью Ultima, а также другие игры того периода. Эра NES оттуда будет весьма близка, а с нее все должно стать проще и интереснее.
Осваивая эмулятор из любопытства накачал кучу игр и начал их систематизировать. Списки игр оказались гораздо длинней, чем я представлял, если охватывать все регионы и жанры. Работы много, но ее не обязательно пока продолжать, так как до эпохи PS мы еще не дошли. Хотя и не могу отказать себе в удовольствии, запуская Wizardry, еще и погонять Gran Turismo 2, а также позапускать скачанные игры, просто чтобы посмотреть. Нужно заметить, что первый 1994 год приставки я уже освоил. Сделал список и запустил все известные мне игры, определившись, что из этого стоит попроходить. Также готов список 1995 года. Можно качать, смотреть, оценивать и проходить. А еще была попытка отсортировать игры по серийным номерам, но пока непонятно, как это характеризует игры и зачем тогда это вообще. Но можно было бы сделать свою базу данных (с Блекджеком и шлюхами), которую можно было бы сортировать по любому параметру, включая серийный номер.

Играть в хронологическом порядке как-то не пошло, и я решил попробовать по жанрам но опять же в хронологическом порядке. Получилось, что надо начинать с Arc the Lad, а не с Beyond the Beyond. Попробовал Arc the Lad: прикольно, но та же карапузная JRPG как и Beyond the Beyond, Star Ocean, Final Fantasy времен SNES или Ar Tonelico времен PS2 (игры, которые я так и не прошел в отличие от FF8, например) 
P. S.: Обе Nightmare Creatures идут отлично (но желательно знать коды).

Играть решил по хронологии, но с Tekken'ом была проблема с отсутствием звука с CD. Запустив Codename: Tenka столкнулся с теми же проблемами. Решил попробовать последнюю (1.9.0) версию эмулятора. В девственно чистый дистрибутив закинул только BIOS и Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 (старый, но самый последний и продвинутый на сегодняшний день). Звук включил на встроенном плагине и на Tenk'е это отлично сработало (интересно, как там со звуком в обоих Nightmare Creatures). Теперь, если пойдет, буду пробовать играть во все в хронологическом порядке.
